There are no warming trays, no carving stations, and no limit on how many courses you can order. You choose what you want, when you want it — the kitchen does the rest.
Because our weekend kitchen runs until 1:30 AM, brunch can extend across several hours without any change in service. There is no fixed sitting and no time slot to vacate. Whether you stay for an hour or for the rest of the afternoon, the menu and the kitchen remain fully available.
